In her 25 years working at Wheeler, Ms. Lisa Beville has been a constant support to coaches and athletes alike, whether it is cheering them on at games or making sure there is toilet paper at cheerleading competitions or opening up the building for weekend activities. She has been a friend to the coaches and parents and a mother-figure to many of the athletes, always letting the principals think they were in charge - we all knew the truth!

Lisa has bled blue and gold during her time at Wheeler, and she will be missed greatly when she retires. Lisa has been married for 27 years, and she has two beautiful daughters, as well as an amazing 3 year old grandson who already works at Wheeler with Miss Lisa.

In her own words, "I have worked at Wheeler for twenty five years and had the pleasure of seeing many athletes come through. Three of them Olympic medalist, three of them NBA stars, and MLB players - just a vast amount of talent. I came here when two of Cobb's principals were playing varsity basketball. A lot of our players have come back as teachers, ad min., and counselors. I have been able to work with countless coaches, athletic directors, and principals. Now my goal is to retire and kick back. I have been threatening to write a book and expose where all the bodies are buried."
